HELLO, I’m Nuno.

Nuno Martins Consulting is me – plus some incredible partners.

With experience spanning advertising agencies, marketing consultancies and independent roles, I bring a rounded perspective to brand challenges. My work covers the full spectrum of brand development and brand management – from launching new brands and revitalising existing ones, to designing integrated campaigns to shape perceptions or drive behavioural change.

Though my focus is mostly on Healthcare and Pharma, I routinely work with a wide range of brands, from global healthcare leaders like Johnson & Johnson, Novo Nordisk and Pfizer, to early-stage B2B start-ups and purpose-driven social impact businesses, always tailoring my approach to their unique context and challenges.

My work has helped clients successfully enter new markets, reverse negative growth trends, reorganise their brands’ portfolio, improve sales conversion rates, achieve double-digit growth in customer engagement, unite brand messaging across global markets and multiple audiences, and rally internal teams behind a unified vision.

At its core, my work is about one fundamental thing: figuring out how to build bridges between brands and their customers. It’s about answering the critical question of how to position brands so they can find a way into their customers’ minds, and then articulating the right story to ensure they stay there.

That’s what I’m here to do.

But often I don’t do it alone. I routinely work with a community of independent creative directors, designers and writers to deliver exactly what clients need, when they need it. Hence, the “we”.
